Topçuoğlu Group
From 1967 to today; from foundations laid with excavation works in Istanbul to a building group shaping the city.
Milestones across nearly six decades.
Topçuoğlu Group brings architectural design and permits, turnkey construction, interiors, fine works and facade services under one institutional memory. Each service is delivered by teams specialised in their field, yet with the same discipline.
Foundations
The foundations of Topçuoğlu Group were laid in Istanbul with excavation works. The discipline earned on site remains the shared language of every group brand today.
Into construction
The group stepped into construction; the turnkey building discipline that continues under Tovis today was established in these years.
Fine works contracting
A new specialisation began with fine works contracting. Today's scope — from plaster to paint, exterior render to thermal insulation — started with this step.
Meta Konsept Architecture
Architectural design and permit processes joined the group with Meta Konsept Architecture; land is now made construction-ready within the group.
Osse Design
Interior design, documentation and fit-out joined the group with Osse Design — completing the design-to-delivery whole for homes and commercial units.
From excavation to interiors
With nearly six decades of experience, four specialist brands under one roof: a single signature from design and permits to construction, fine works and interiors.
The principles that hold the roof up.
Integrity
We deliver what we promise, on the terms we promised. Transparency is our institutional memory.
Safety
People come before every square metre. 1,284 incident-free days prove it.
Craft
From shell to the final coat of paint, we treat craft as the standard in every detail.
Sustainability
We build for the future with low-emission materials, energy-efficient facades and long-lived structures.
The people who lead the group.
