Milestones across nearly six decades.
Foundations
The foundations of Topçuoğlu Group were laid in Istanbul with excavation works. The discipline earned on site remains the shared language of every group brand today.
Into construction
The group stepped into construction; the turnkey building discipline that continues under Tovis today was established in these years.
Fine works contracting
A new specialisation began with fine works contracting. Today's scope — from plaster to paint, exterior render to thermal insulation — started with this step.
Meta Konsept Architecture
Architectural design and permit processes joined the group with Meta Konsept Architecture; land is now made construction-ready within the group.
Osse Design
Interior design, documentation and fit-out joined the group with Osse Design — completing the design-to-delivery whole for homes and commercial units.
