Tovis is the group's turnkey construction brand, carrying a building discipline that dates back to 1980. It manages every work item from shell to fit-out under single-contract responsibility, running each project from foundation to handover with the same corporate discipline.

Topçuoğlu Fine Works Contracting
Topçuoğlu Fine Works Contracting has been the group's home of fine-works contracting since 2001. With a crew of more than 100, it completes the full range of interior and exterior fine works in-house — gypsum and base-coat plaster, drywall and paint through to exterior render and rockwool or EPS thermal insulation — with quality, speed and reliability.

Osse Design
Osse Design is the interior studio that joined the group in 2025. It documents, designs and delivers the interiors of spaces such as apartments and commercial units. Because fit-out runs through the group's own fine-works crews, the design is delivered exactly as drawn.

Meta Konsept Architecture

Meta Konsept Architecture is the architecture office that joined the group in 2022. It develops architectural projects for land plots, follows processes with official institutions and obtains the building permit, making the plot construction-ready. The group thus carries a project from paper to site under its own roof.
